He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corp and is also a Dale Carnegie Graduate. He has one patent approved and several pending.

Laura has over 20 years of progressive sales and marketing accomplishments with start-up and Fortune 500 corporations. She has demonstrated success in sales management, direct sales, education and training, marketing program management, customer service, corporate fundraising, and investor relations. She has over 10 years' experience in the hospitality vertical with Disneyland, Oracle Micros, NCR and Par Technology. Building relationships, partnerships and bringing teams together is one of her key strengths. Laura graduated from the University of La Verne and has a certificate in Hospitality and Tourism from Florida Atlantic University College of Business.

Wendy's strengths as an experienced President and business owner with a demonstrated history of working in the professional training & coaching industry has been an asset to our team. Skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Coaching, Sales, and Executive Coaching. She is a strong business development professional who graduated from the University of California, Davis.

As our engineering advisory board member, Mike brings over 30+ years of expertise in Engineering, Manufacturing Processes and Product and Design Development. He has a Master of Science in Physics and a career focused on production launch and scale. He holds multiple International Safety and Performance Certifications. He is currently Founder, CTO and Owner of Illumination Technologies and Serometrix LLC. in the upstate New York area.

Vincent is a 35-year veteran of the optoelectronics space, Mr. Forte leads all development of new and enhanced LED, photodetector, emitter, and related hybrid technologies. He is known for his applications engineering expertise in LiDAR, medical and consumer-grade wearables, industrial automation, defense, process control, safety and security, and medical equipment. He is currently the CTO of Marktech Optoelectronics since the company’s founding in 1985. As CTO, he leads all R&D, applications engineering, testing and evaluation, custom design development, failure analysis and quality initiatives for Marktech’s full portfolio of optoelectronics and LED technologies.
